I am a forever student. Always signing up for courses and buying books about anything and everything. And I never make any time to do them. Always put work and the kids before my hobbies. My new term pact I made for myself in September is still happening and I am spending my evenings, well the hour I get, on things that are non-work and something that gets my creative juices going.

I signed up to Xanthe Berkley’s video course back in May and have just finished week one. Eek – she puts a timeline on this which is a good thing otherwise I may never have got around to it.

Here is my first attempt. The theme was Scenes From The Weekend. It is very rough and ready but just proud that I have actually done it and learnt a few new things.
